Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

We do not profit from shipping charges.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States.
Orders typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier.


International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Any additional fees imposed by their country

Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier inquiry.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund when appropriate.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
